These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Crisis Zone Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the CPR Course Manager platform located at cpr.czcsuite.com (the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, submitting a course registration, or creating an instructor account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
The Platform provides CPR and first aid course management services, including:
The Platform is operated by Crisis Zone Consulting LLC. CPR Course Manager is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Heart Association ("AHA"). AHA trademarks, course names, and certification standards referenced on the Platform are the property of the American Heart Association.
3.1 Instructor Accounts. Instructor access to the Platform is by invitation only. By submitting a request for access, you represent that you are a duly authorized AHA instructor or otherwise qualified to administer the courses offered through the Platform. The Company reserves the right to grant or deny access at its sole discretion.
3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at joe@crisiszoneconsulting.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or registering for a course. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date.

By opting in to card expiry reminders during course registration, you expressly consent to receive automated email reminders from the Company when your CPR certification card is approaching expiration. This consent is voluntary, and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting joe@crisiszoneconsulting.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any communications sent prior to withdrawal.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
All content, design, code, and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Crisis Zone Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our prior written consent.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRISIS ZONE CONSULTING LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crisis Zone Consulting LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit through the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
